Job Position: Human Resources Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to our clients, understanding their unique HR needs and providing expert guidance and support.
- Effectively oversee high-volume recruitment processes and ensure closure in 48 hours.
- Oversee the end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and off-boarding.
- Create a system that generates a pool of candidates for frequently requested roles to ensure speed and efficiency in matching candidates to clients.
- Must be able to head a team and work with minimal supervision
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with our clients’ business objectives and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct thorough HR needs assessments for clients, identifying areas for improvement and recommending tailored solutions.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation, ensuring competitive and attractive packages are in place.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices in the outsourcing industry, and proactively share insights and recommendations with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations and seamless integration with other business functions.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate insightful reports to assist clients in making informed workforce decisions.
- Manage employee relations including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and fostering a positive work environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (a plus.
- At least, 3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive in managing HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Solid understanding of HR Practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex HR concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Exceptional leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to influence and drive positive change.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on strategic thinking.
- Relevant certifications (CIPM, CIPD) are highly desirable.
