- Provisional (temporary) employment is granted to candidates upon entry.
- Candidates will receive training on both soft and technical skills.

- An evaluation will be conducted after each training session, and the candidate will be assessed.
- For those who score below average, the assessment will be repeated once and scored again.
- Minimum academic qualification of a BSc degree in Science, Accounting, or Social Sciences from a reputable tertiary institution.
- Candidates with 0-2 years of work experience.
- Candidates must be at least 25 years of age.
